feat: add support for statping-ng #410

Statping-ng is an open source synthetiic monitoring tool, see https://github.com/statping-ng/statping-ng

It supports a RESTful API that is documented in https://documenter.getpostman.com/view/1898229/SzmfXwi4 it would be a great addition as it can be self-hosted.
