i dont see changes from this version, https://sdk.operatorframework.io/docs/upgrading-sdk-version/v1.21.0/#for-golang-based-operators--change-makefile-targets-to-replace-go-get-with-go-install can you pls go through the list again and check if you have done all the changes?
