[ENHANCE] add post data field to pingdom

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. it is not possible to add post data to request, but we have a lot of checks that require this e.g. login checks. So it is essential feature for us.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Adding postData field to pingdom monitor
• This field already exists in https://github.com/russellcardullo/go-pingdom/blob/3337ac7d05f6916575491aa5048904c30698a022/pingdom/check_types.go#L25 so not big changes required
• Reuse existing mechanism for getting secrets from environment variables like it's already done with basic auth user

Describe alternatives you've considered

• write own terraform module and crossplane provider
