Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Some time there is a need of overriding deployment.kind to something like StatefulSet

Describe the solution you'd like Something like deployment.kind to be set using chart values

Describe alternatives you've considered nothing

@aslafy-z what do you think about this? The original idea and intention for the application chart is for stateless applications
