Keypairs are not delected when an environment is destroyed #164

Keypairs were not deleted when stage environment was deleted and hence when a new one was created, we no longer had the keypairs as it couldn't create new keypairs and old ones were lost

@rasheedamir I found this bug and it isnt fixed yet
