Disk logging for different partition layout #8

First of all thanks for making this available. I hadn't used grafana or telegraf before, although have used plenty of monitoring tools over the past 20 years, and this was a good introduction. Although most of the data are being successfully recorded and displayed, I'm not seeing much in the disk stats, which is a pity, as those are fairly important. [In fact my ledger just filled up yesterday, and broke the validator!] I'm gathering this is due to a difference in disk configuration / layout to your own. I get a graph for the root (/) partition, but nothing for /solana and my ramdisk. On my server they are configured as a separate disk mounted in /ledger/ for the ledger files, and /mnt/ramdisk where I hold the accounts.

I've dug through the monitor.sh script, and nothing there seems to be relevant. In telegraph.conf, I've tried altering the disks module like this, but also no good.

[[inputs.disk]]
    #ignore_fs = ["devtmpfs", "devfs"]
    mount_points = ["/mnt/ramdrive","/ledger"]

So I'm gathering this is something to do with the Grafana config and how it interacts with telegraf. Any suggestions for how I can get the graph to show up? Or is moving it to my own grafana server/account the only way to remedy this?
