Implement chats list UI and logic

Base branch: develop

Requirements

Build UI for chats list (based on V1 UI)
Implements logic to fetch chats/contacts from database and show them in chats list
Implements logic and UI to show Invites in Chats List
Implements logic and UI to show pending contacts with new design (https://www.figma.com/design/suipHjIGKg38rbWo0qHGqV/Desktop-Design-System---Dark-Version?node-id=4405-8326&node-type=canvas&m=dev)

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Implements UI and logic to show all existing contacts/chats, invites and pending contacts in chats list
