Creating a custom node sometimes doesn't update in realtime

Task

Create new custom node
Graph renders in real time with the new node
Create a second node (or third)
Eventually the graph blueprint stops updating which requires the user to reload the graph

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Fix issue when the graph doesn't render the new node type
[ ] The Blueprint should always be accurate when Adding, editing or deleting a new node
