Describe the bug

When pausing and then playing the video, the Media Controls are hidden. This issue also affects the [AI Sources] and [SideBarSubView].

[x] The Media Controls, [AI Sources], and [SideBarSubView] should remain visible or reappear correctly when resuming video playback.

I can't recreate this. I press play, it loads and then the controls are there?

@tomsmith8, Yeah, he hides sometimes, but reappears again. I think when the video is loading, the media player does not hide.
