[Admin] Open graph without a Title should trigger Onboarding Flow

Task

If you're an admin and you open the graph without a title, we should kick start an onboarding flow.

For version one, it should be our reusable components (like Add Item flow), but for setting the graph title and graph description

Example for Add Item Flow:

Title: Welcome to SecondBrain
Sub title: Set a name and short description for your graph.

`Confirm` Button

This should call the POST /about endpoint the same as we have in Settings.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Add new onboarding flow
[ ] Only triggers for Admins
[ ] Only triggers IF graph title is not set
