Payment slider for streaming content in Second Brain #60

Goal: Create a slider to allow users to set how much they'll pay per minute of content played in Second Brain.

@kevkevinpal You're familiar with this issue, can you take the lead on this one and assign a front end dev and work with them to finish this?

yup we already have a PR up that is sending sats via the sphinx.keysend method from sphinx-bridge we just should add a slide so the user knows they're sending sats out

So we need a slider linked to sphinx.keysend calls? And I guess a button to start the stream to a particular clip? Similar to boost? Oh I see that 42 includes things, I'll need to check that out.
