Display modal for paid search with no webLN #813

Task

We need to handle the case where a user lands on a paid secondbrain via the browser, where we don't identify a wallet.

User lands on freeview version of secondbrain
User does not have WebLN wallet
User tries to make action on a PAID endpoint

Current Result:

We need to handle this case with a nice explanatory popup:

"To use this secondbrain you'll need a Lightning Wallet.
- Get Sphinx?
- Download WebLN wallet? e.g GetAlby

@tomsmith8 We can present a pop up like this when user tries to make action on a PAID endpoint

For users without wallet we can have a blue "Get Sphinx" Button in tor right corner, and also occasionally show a notification like this, to point out to the button.
