Implement "status" filter on the bottom half of the dashboard

Implement the status filter with the following categories:

• Open
• Assigned
• Completed
• Paid

This is the same logic that we use in the frontend:

When I click on the button, I see the following dropdown:

I should also be able to click each of the statuses which then fires a call to grab the relevant information. Here are some examples

• Open: metrics/bounties?sortBy-created&direction=DESC&open=true
• Open and Assigned: metrics/bounties?sortBy-created&direction=DESC&open=true&assigned=true

The "sortBy" should be preserved from the "sortBy" filter in stakwork/sphinx-tribes#1012

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] I've tested on Chrome
• [ ] I've posted a video of me filtering each of the statuses
• [ ] I've created mock data with open/assigned/completed/paid statuses.
• [ ] I've created unit tests when each of the status is selected, the appropriate bounty is displayed. Here is an example unit test

@ecurrencyhodler I am currently working on this task and have identified an issue with the backend API response. When I set multiple statuses as true, such as Open=true&Assigned=true, the backend returns null, as demonstrated in the attached video. I am utilizing the staging environment "people-test.sphinx.chat." Should I address the backend issue within the scope of this ticket, or do we need to initiate a separate bounty for this fix?

Note: The issue is related to the backend.
