Enable manual input of date range for super admin

Context

Right now, I have to manually click the dates inside the custom filter.

I should be able to manually type in the dates in the following format: MM/DD/YYYY

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] I've tested on Chrome
• [ ] I've submitted a recording in my pr
• [ ] I've created a component where when I manually type a start and end date, it should affect the start and end dates in the calendar.
