Fixed QR not appearing on Org #273

@ecurrencyhodler some notes with this one now when 'I can help" is clicked I have make sure the QR appears on the same bounty as the button is clicked and when you close the connect modal it goes back

this is more efficient cause in the future we can implement a websocket or use Nostr relays to also prepend a message when a qr is scanned so users do not have to manually type the issue they have send the connect message for.
