[Fixed]: Default Photo Not Showing in `Assigned`, `Bounties` and `Leaderboard` on Mobile and Desktop

Problem:

Default Photo Not Showing in Assigned, Bounties and Leaderboard on Mobile and Desktop

Expected Behavior:

The default profile face picture should also be displayed. Implement this on desktop and mobile.
