Fix: Preserve Search Query in Search Bar When Navigating to People Tab and User Profile

Problem

When I search for anything in the search bar and click on the "People" tab, the search box clears, but the search history is preserved. Also, when I click on a user profile and then return to the "People" page, the search box is not cleared.
