Enable "save changes" button when an organization image update

Describe the bug When I update an organization's image, the "save changes" button remains disabled unless I update some other field, as you can see in the attached video.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to profile organization page
2. Edit an organization
3. update organization image
4. See the "Save changes" button remain disabled.

Expected behavior Whenever an organization's image is updated, the "Save changes" button should be enabled
