[FIX] Issues with "Load More" Functionality and Button Visibility on Assigned and Bounties Pages #500

Describe your changes

Fixed the "Load More Bounties" functionality on the Assigned and Bounties pages.
Fixed "Load More" button is not visible after unchecking the "Assigned," "Open," and "Paid" buttons.
Fixed Assigned Bounties tab button should be labeled 'Assigned and Paid' instead of 'Open.'

@elraphty, I fixed three issues:

Fixed the "Load More Bounties" functionality on the Assigned and Bounties pages.
Fixed "Load More" button is not visible after unchecking the "Assigned," "Open," and "Paid" buttons.
Fixed Assigned Bounties tab button should be labeled 'Assigned and Paid' instead of 'Open.'
