Fix inappropriate styling of Tags dropdown. #52

Describe the bug Currently, there is unnecessary padding on the right side of the tags drop-down and the filter search is not quite visible with current color styling.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://community.sphinx.chat/t'
  2. Click on 'Tags'
  3. See error

Expected behavior There shouldn't be any padding on the right side. Also, filter search should not be in dark mode.
