Add to "status" column for /metrics_bounties api call #1133

Context

Due the filters in stakwork/sphinx-tribes-frontend#187 and stakwork/sphinx-tribes#1012, we need to add a bounty status column in the backend. That way sortBy and status can both be filtered at the same time.
