Redisplay bounties after search on homepage is cleared #1359

Describe the bug When I search for something on the home page and the clear the search bar, nothing happens.

Expected behavior The bounties from previously selected filters should be displayed again. So if before the search the filter was "open+assigned" then it should redisplay those bounties.
