Cant create bounties on Staging Site people-test.sphinx.chat/bounties #1934

User Pete using V2 sphinx can't create any bounties on Staging to test and resolve tickets e.g. https://github.com/stakwork/sphinx-tribes/pull/1924

As there are bounties available I assume this is a permissions issue on my part?

I was able to create bounties without a github link attached and so I suspect this could be a github importing issue.
