Rename tab “Tickets” to “Bounties” #355

In Profile page, tab “Tickets” should be renamed to “Bounties”

@eldios Hey sure, thank you. I have unassigned previous developer, but i am not able to find you in developer list, in order to assign it to you. I have tried searching for "Eldios" and "lele" but with no result. Bounty is now available for you.

@kevkevinpal Hey Kevin, a developer with handle "Eldios" would like to take this ticket, but for some reason, when i want to assign him in my bounty, his name is not listed in the "Assignee" list. Can you please help me with that? Thanks

Hey yea @eldios are you signed up on https://people.sphinx.chat yet? That maybe why we cannot assign you yet

just to be clear... do we want to refactor EVERY instance of Ticket into Bounty in the entire Code base... or is this just a rename of that tab alone?

Just the tab alone should be fine, we can open another ticket to refactor the code since it needs some refactoring/code cleanup done

Also I just reset the master branch to an older version because of some issues so if you could rebase your changes onto the current master that would be great (sorry for the inconvenience @eldios )
