[Bug] Zenith Mod Max Enchantment Level #20

Zenith (Fabric 1.19.2) has some enchantments exceed the normal limit and Clean Tooltips (1.3) displays all levels of an enchantment above the vanilla max with yellow/gold even though there are more levels (via Zenith)

also applies to other mods that make it possible to exceed vanilla max limits (e.g. Apotheosis (the mod being forked by Zenith))

could be fixed using more code deciding what is actually max level, or let us configure it using the config
