Add grunt to build process #179

This PR adds Grunt as a task runnner so that we can test linting and unit tests on all changes. This will be used for more tasks related to documentation soon.

@smrghsh I am going to merge this one. It might show conflicts on your working branch when you open a PR but these will just be styling changes that you should be able to merge easily.
