[enhancement]: Better insights in who is connecting to the server

Which feature or improvement would you like to request?

I'd like to see this feature: I'd like more insights in IP numbers connecting to my server, in some cases they are visible, in some cases they are not. I've had an incident where limits where reached, an IP was blocked, but only after setting logging to debug, i could see a bit more. Would it be possible to see IP numbers at every request even in info level?

PS. I know it's visible in the logs, it would be nicer if they would be readable in the UI
