[enhancement]: Release up-to-date Docker images on Docker hub (again) #572

Which feature or improvement would you like to request?

The docs discuss using Docker to install & run Stalwart. I was surprised to see that the official images on Docker hub have not seen an update for 8 months. The latest available version on Docker hub is 0.4.0, whereas the latest release of Stalwart is v0.8.2.

It would be great if official Docker images could be published again on a regular basis. For now I will resort to pinning the git repository and building the Dockerfile myself.

Only the mail-server image is being maintained at the moment, all other images are going to be removed.

Ah, looks like DuckDuckGo directed me to the wrong image (imap-server as opposed to mail-server) and I didn't notice. :facepalm: Sorry for the noise!
