[enhancement]: Moderated mailinglist #612

Which feature or improvement would you like to request?

I'd like to see this feature: Moderated mailinglist.

While mailinglists are great, I would like to be permissive about who is allowed to send to this list. We plan to use Stalwart for our local computer club. As of now, we have a moderated maillinglist. Some people can directly send to a "catch all" address, others are held back. This messages can be approved and forwarded to everyone, by an admin.

I think, this feature is not only relevant for us. If this feature shouldn't be approved (for any reason), I would like to think about a solution with sieve scripts :)
