Workspace Mechanic does'nt notice any changes when adding user specified xml-schemas to the eclipse xml catalog #119

To reproduce the problem, you can start the Preference Recorder and add user 
specified xml-schemas in Window -> Preferences -> XML -> XML Catalog -> Add... 
After stopping the Recorder, Workspace Mechanic shows "No changes to 
preferences were maid.". 

I'm using Workspace Mechanic in version 0.4.0 with an eclipse 4.4 Luna. It runs 
on Windows 7 Enterprise SP1.

It's possible the XML catalog is not stored as a system preference. Are these 
accessible with File > Export?

There is an entry in the File > Export menu

File > Export > XML > XML Catalog

The export dialog says "Export all existing User Catalog entries." as a 
description of what will be done.

When I give a folder and a name for the export file, the file is created but is 
empty. I have 4 user specified catalog entries in the preferences.
