What's the relationship between countries from Geonames, the TSV, and the scripts? (Can you add some instructions on use to the README?)

Doesn't "magic" in the repo name tell you all you need to know? :sparkles:

World-z10.tsv is the original list from dymo. Places have a geonames Id and a possibly misspelled name all-countries is the master list from GeoNames, that has correctly spelled names so we're simplify updating World-z10.tsv with the correct name from all-countries. This shouldn't need to be run again (we can treat the updated World-z10 as the master) since i haven't noticed any issues

What's the output? (I'm thinking I should probably use it for the Parks Forward map and that we should keep it around for other projects.)

i committed the corrected z4to10.json (also converted to GeoJSON as the source format)

for CartoDB i'm using ogr2ogr -f SQL to derive something that i can put in the db, which also seems to handle the unicode names OK
