Some stories have MS Word junk that fucks up markup/styling #114

There's all this shit in the markup: screen shot 2016-06-16 at 2 47 36 pm

And that breaks the selector that supposed to make the first line bold: https://github.com/stamen/bluegreenway/blob/master/scss/views/_story.scss#L48-L53

Not sure what to do here. Maybe tell client to not export from Word, but to just cut+paste the text into the CMS?

They are cut/pasting from Word. Are these smart quotes, @ericsoco ?
