Rename this tool to "Chartographer"

Even as it is, we call this tool (at least) two things: "the style design system" or the "interactive legend". We should settle on one of these or come up with a better name that is cooler and makes more sense. See also https://github.com/stamen/map-compare/issues/63 for a similar renaming effort.

For example, how's this for a name:

XILDA (pronounced "Zelda"): mapboX Interactive Legend Design Application

Do we want to commit to having "Mapbox" in the name? I can envision a future where the tool supports at least MapLibre, if not other systems.

Yeah, good point, I'm in favor of migrating all our tools away from Mapbox-specificity eventually, so it's good to avoid having that in the name.
