https://github.com/stamen/chartographer/pull/47 allows a user to pull in a style via URL into chartographer.
We could allow this to persist via a stateful URL like we do in other tools.
If we move forward with this, will there be any potential confusion for users that styles accessed via URL persist, but styles drag and dropped do not?
