Add links to show more facets #29

Since the search API cuts off at top 10 facets, we need a switch to show more. Looks like this is a setting for the whole search, so we'll have a UI element that expands or contracts the returns across all facets.

That seems unfortunately correct. Will explore but for now we should stick with it. Maybe there is a way to mask this in the UI and only show for the facet where requested.

We've added a "show more" link to list out up to 50 facets for each group.
