Edit-ui: "Skip This Map" does nothing! #13

the function is there but does nothing. Should return a map, preferably one that has the least amount of placements.

Also need to handle what happens when the person hitting the button gets to the end of the queue. Some kind of "All Done. Thanks!" button.

In conversation: redirect to the map in the same atlas that needs placements more (e.g. has fewer placements).

skip this map button returns a map (enabled in 5dea13d91d30d3c0a4eaa1bdf027428962ff7ef1) not sorting on placement yet, thought be better to do that after merging with mysql branch
