IE10 PointerEvents not working properly #145

IE10 on WondowsPhone does not support Apple's TouchEvents. As a result, preventDefault neither so whrn you try to tap n drag a map, it scrolls the document just like if the map was an image.

step 1: go on http://maps.stamen.com/watercolor/ from a WindowsPhone device step 2: try to tap and scroll the map.

This is a bug for citytracking/maps.stamen.com, not this repo. ModestMaps lives at modestmaps/modestmaps-js now.
