Support pixelRatio #43

A cool Polymaps trick is to load more tiles so that iPhone 4 users get non-pixellated maps. Might be worth a shot.

This should be external to MM - loading more tiles is a bad solution, and higher-res tiles can come in from outside, same as detection.
