Expand callbacks handled by RequestManager #65

Expanded RequestManager's assortment of callbacks for this demo, so that you can track both additions and removals to the queue. This'd probably be useful for other purposes as well - monitoring the queue would let users make better choices about animation and navigation shortcuts.

Closing; changing the requestmanager in general will be useful but not in this way.
