Reproject data before rendering tiles #1

There are gaps showing up at some zoom levels, particularly along the international date line. I think this is due to TileMill's on-the-fly projection. Try reprojecting the data to the final projection (once that's decided) before rendering.

I'm not seeing this problem anymore, so closing it.
