This is IE 9 as seen with IE 10 in IE 9 mode, so there might be some other issues: nofilters-ie9

The filter bar is hiding back there behind the map, similar to the issue with TNC

Just ran through basic functions on IE9 and things are looking good to me. If we find more specific issues, let's file those separately,
