IE issue with layer picker #81

I know the design is going to change, but not sure that will change function -- I can't use the category select/unselect menus in IE 9 (the only IE version I checked so far): ie9menuissue

Confirmed in IE 9, 10, and 11 - I can't actually select/unselect the check boxes on country or geo headers. the whole line is an expand/contract click target

It works for me now in IE9, IE10, & IE11 @danrademacher can you confirm

Shitshow. Not sure if my install is messed up or what. About to test IE 11
