Missing map parts in Berlin area, Germany #127

With zoom level 18, some parts of the city are blank.

Same goes for plotting in the terrain mode with CartoPy:

Hi there, this is severe. Can still be reproduced using the link given above. Seems to be a caching issue on the side of fastly.net.

I came across this problem as the Stamen tiles are used in the standard setup of CKAN which is used with out modification as a standard open data portal around the globe. This should really be fixed! How can this problem be prioritized much higher? I am glad to to help if I can.

Can be reproduced here in addition to the location in Berlin stated above: https://ckan.datenplattform.heidelberg.de/de/dataset/heidelberg_main_traffic/resource/7af72725-062d-4fc2-b1af-95e1898e8106?view_id=3addfae5-6f6d-4726-835b-246217ae1c68 -> zoom out one level.
