Add unicode fallback font #15

Are there unicode versions of PT Sans? Not sure. If not, we need a fallback font.

We're labeling the name tag from OSM which will blindly pick up all local names. So we need to be ready for anything.

Although the presence of "Osaka" and "Kashihara" in that screenshot suggests that there might be placenames from Natural Earth or Dymo still showing up at that zoom? That screenshot is from z12: http://localhost:8080/#12/34.6311/135.5596

FYI the error in the parentheses in Nagai-Koen is present in OSM, too. screen shot 2015-08-25 at 12 09 35 pm

Fixed in OSM.
