Frontend for reviews page

Read reviews (non-active and anonymous users are limited to 2 reviews per course to encourage contributions - have an alert to inform them about this)
Write reviews
Update reviews
Delete reviews
Dockerize frontend for deployment (need to seed .env during image build in pipeline in future PR)

API Gateway

Fix a bug where it tries to parse response body even if backend doesn't return anything

Course API

Run redis only on beta and production, skip middleware if redisClient fail to connect
