initial i18n draft commit #42

Initial draft for implementing internationalization into our little app~ it's such a non-committal pr~ totally not gonna require a lot of translation work at all. ( Probably gonna make something to AI generate it ).

Majorly WIP. Not even language switching is implemented yet, but it should be fairly straightforward. The i18n library's documentation can be found here. And an example can be found here.
