When you stamp a claim, that stamp is currently not stored anywhere. What I'm proposing is that it's stored adjacent to the identity itself (in local storage) and when published, the list of all stamps made would be stored (and signed) alongside the published identity.
This means anybody who looks up the identity in StampNet can quickly determine if the stamp is revoked.
