Published identities should store the active stamps #20

When you stamp a claim, that stamp is currently not stored anywhere. What I'm proposing is that it's stored adjacent to the identity itself (in local storage) and when published, the list of all stamps made would be stored (and signed) alongside the published identity.

This means anybody who looks up the identity in StampNet can quickly determine if the stamp is revoked.

This is closed via #31 which makes stamps transactions (as opposed to standalone objects) that can be applied to the identity.
