Remove my Personal IP #25

I received malware and my computer connected to an auto blocking website. I have since deleted and reinstalled all operating systems and have confirmed that my IP has not connected to any other websites.

checked 24.144.189.90. it was a TOR onion router. AFAICS, it is not used for such purpose now. i've put it on a whitelist. it should be automatically removed with the next automatic update (in 5 hours)
