Integrate API changes from bitcoinstamps.xyz into this public repo/app #282

the bitcoinstamps.xyz explorer/api code has been integrated as a submodule in the /app dir

https://github.com/stampchain-io/btc_stamps/blob/dev/.gitmodules

this will be the future stampchain.io and is the current production stampchain.io/api/v2 for public use.
