Should `@stamp/core/assign()` handle more than two parameters? #54

Current implementation of @stamp/core/assign() handles (only) two parameters but several instances in the code base invoke it with three parameters:

stamp/packages/collision/index.js line 71
stamp/packages/it/index.js lines 38, 44 and 53

This issue relates with #52
